To provide support services to other departments within the Ministry of Finance to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services. The department is comprised
of the following divisions:

Human Resources Management Division responsible for recruitment and selection, Human Resource planning and forecasting, Performance Management,
Coordination of training and development, Employee Relations, Payroll Management, Health and Safety including HIV and AIDS policies and implementation

Finance and Administration Division responsible for records management, transport, communication and information including library and public relations,
general administrative support, security, asset management including procurement, storage, maintenance and disposal thereof, and for financial management
and accounting

Legal Division responsible for providing legal advice, facilitation of drafting of legislation, handling court cases, reviewing and drafting agreements.

Management Information System Division responsible for the management and support of information technology infrastructure, provide
strategic information on ICT to support decision making required, ensure that computer systems are correctly managed and develop new computer based
methods that will enhance administration and control.

Planning Unit whose responsibility is to identify Projects, draft Projects Proposals, monitor and evaluate progress of Ministry's projects, as well as coordinating
PFM reform programme.
