BEREA DISTRICT PROCUREMENT UNIT
1. The District Procurement Unit – Berea hereby invites
tenders from locally qualified registered companies for
providing Catering Services for the financial year 2008/09,
i.e until 31st March, 2009. Hence tender bid should be valid
until the end of this financial year.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2. Bidders should provide the copies of both Tax Clearance
Certificate and Trader’s License certified at source. All
quoted prices should include VAT and other unavoidable
costs.
3. Bidding documents at the price of M100.00 shall be made
available at the Department of Rural Roads Training Center
opposite St. Agnes High School at Teyateyaneng.
4. Tenders should be deposited in the tender box situated at
the Foyer of LSPP building on or before 12:00 of the 18th
July, 2008. The tenders will be opened on the same day in
the Boardroom of Berea District Council Secretary at 14:00
hours, anybody is free to attend the session.
5. Tenders should be sealed in envelopes bearing no
identification of the tenderer be marked “TENDER FOR
CATERING SERVICES AT DRR TRAINING CENTRE” and be
addressed to:
