TENDER FOR GENERAL SERVICE/MAINTENANCE FOR ACCESS
CONTROL, CCTV & SECURITY SYSTEM AT GOVERNMENT COMPLEX PHASE
III.
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and registered
companies for the servicing and maintenance to the above
mentioned system at Ministry of Finance and Development
Planning, Government Complex Phase III. The contract will
commence from 01 June 2010 to 31 March 2011.
CONDITIONS: The following Conditions are Mandatory:
Interested companies are invited for a mandatory site
inspection on Wednesday 19 April 2010 at 10:00hrs.
Tender responses must include copies of a valid Traders
license, and a valid VAT Clearance Certificate both
certified at source
Bid price should include VAT
All tenders must bear full name and address (both physical
and postal) of the company, full name of contact person
for this tender, his/ her fax number, telephone numbers
(both landline and mobile) and email address where
applicable.
Validity of tenders
All tenders must be valid for 90 days from date of opening.
Specifications:
The required service is to service and or maintain the
Access control, Perimeter surveillance, P. A. Evacuation,
Alarm and intercom system for general service, maintenance
and good upkeep in the whole complex.
SUBMISSION
All Tenderers should deposit one original and four
copies of sealed tenders in the tender box at the
Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, 3rd Floor,
Government Office Complex Phase III, not later than Tuesday
04 May, 2010 on or before 1200hrs. Tenders will be
opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives
who choose to attend at 1430hrs on the same day at the
Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Tender
Boardroom.
