Requirements

Bidders are expected to:
a) Include company profile
b) Provide Postal and Physical Addresses
c) Include at least two referees and their contact details
d) Pay 5% source tax in terms of the Income Tax Act of 1993
e) Submit a copy of relevant Trader’s license certified at source
f) Submit copy of Tax Clearance Certificates, certified at source;
g) Show clearly the cash price and rental/leasing price
h) Include V.A.T in their prices;
i) Submit the draft contract
j) Be registered with government as a vendor/supplier


SUBMISSION

All Tenderers should deposit one original and 3 copies of sealed tenders in the tender box at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, 3rd Floor, Government Complex Phase III, not later than 23rd February 2010 On or before 12:00hrs. Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend at 14:30hrs on the same day at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Tender Boardroom
