Telegraphic, telex, telephone, e-mail tenders will not be accepted. The name and address of the bidder must be clearly marked on the envelopes.

The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 1400 hrs hours on 24 JULY, 2009

Late tender offers will not be accepted.
