The National Manpower Development Secretariat invites tenders for the supply of a business application solution, hardware infrastructure, training, data conversion/data take-on, support and other associated services for the design, development and implementation of a student sponsorship management & administration system (SSMAS).

Submission
All bidders should deposit one original and seven copies of sealed tenders comprising of two separate envelopes i.e one envelope containing the technical proposal and the second one containing the financial proposal should be placed in one big envelope and clearly labelled “supply and implementation of a student sponsorship management & administration system(SSMAS) for NMDS in the tender box at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, 3rd Floor, Government office Complex Phase III, not later than 12:00hrs on 22 May, 2012. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 1430 hrs on the same day at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Tender Boardroom.

Tenders should be clearly marked “SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A STUDENT SPONSORSHIP MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM FOR NMDS- TENDER NO FIN/PU/2012/13 – 001.

Validity of tenders
All tenders must be valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

Tender Rejection
