The Ministry
of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) invites tenders
from locally registered companies for the Supply,
Installation, and Testing of Government of Lesotho (GOL) Old
Age Pension Payroll System.
Specifications
Specification documents for the required Payroll System are
obtainable from the Secretary of the Director of Financial
Affairs Door No. 3015 Finance House 3rd Floor.
Also the following documents are mandatory.
Copy of Traders License
Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate
All should be certified at source
SUBMISSION
All tenderers should deposit one original and three (3)
copies of sealed tenders in the tender box at the Ministry
of Finance and Development Planning, 3rd Floor, Government
Complex Phase III, not later than 26th June 2009 on or
before 12:00hrs. Tenders will be opened in the presence
of tenderers or their representatives who chose to attend at
14:30hrs on the same day at the Ministry of Finance and
Development Planning Board-room.
Tenders should be clearly marked “Supply, Installation,
and Testing of Old Age Pension Payroll System.”
