• Eligible local companies should include certified copies at source of Traders licenses, Income and Sales Tax Certificates in their tenders.
• Break down of costs for services per person and equipment will be an added advantage and prices to include VAT.
• Contractual terms including liability clause to be stated.
• Confidential tenders in sealed envelopes clearly marked “DRR TENDER FOR SECURITY SERVICES” should be deposited in the box situated at the Tender Board in the Ministry of Finance on or before 11/04/2006 at 12.00 noon and to be opened on the same date at 14.00hrs.
