The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP)
invites tenders from locally registered Companies for the
provision SOFT DRINKS, CANDY AND SNACKS OR COMBO VENDING
MACHINES to be placed at FINANCE HOUSE
Government Complex phase 3.
Requirements and Pre-requisites.
Tenderer is expected to:
a) Include company profile
b) Provide Postal and Physical Addresses
c) Show that they have supplied similar equipment previously
d) Include at least two referees and their contact details
e) Submit copy of Trader’s license certified at source
f) Submit copy of Tax Clearance Certificates, certified
at source;
g) Include V.A.T in their prices;
h) Provide a clear break-down of the tender price.
i) Include one year draft Maintenance contract.

Candy and snacks vending machine or
A combination machine of the above
The Building has four (4) floors – please indicate the no.
of machines
SUBMISSION
All Tenderers should deposit one original and four copies
of sealed tenders in the tender box at the Ministry of
Finance and Development Planning, 3rd Floor, Government
office Complex Phase III, not later than 20 October 2009 on
or before 1200hrs. Tenders will be opened in the
presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to
attend at 1430hrs on the same day at the Ministry of
Finance and Development Planning, Tender Boardroom.
Tenders should be clearly marked TENDER FOR PROVISION OF
VENDING MACHINES.
Validity of tenders
All tenders must be valid for 60 working days from date of
opening.
