MOTEBANG HOSPITAL TENDER NOTICE
The Government of
Lesotho through Ministry Of Health and Social Welfare-
District procurement Unit Leribe invites tenders from
companies for the supply of security services.
CONDITION OF THE TENDER
Sealed bids bearing no identification of the
Tender must be marked “Tender for supply of security
services to Motebang Hospital- Leribe” and should be
deposited in the tender box situated in the D.A.s office
Leribe.
SPECIFICATION
Motebang Hospital seven
guards one armed with rifle.
Motebang Residential houses (America) three guards – one
armed with rifle.
Katse Filter Clinic two guards- one armed with rifle.
Maputsoe Filter Clinic – four guards- one armed with rifle.
Thaba phatsoa Health Centre two guards- one armed with
rifle.

Should take responsibility
of any theft/damage to property resulting from
negligence.

Ensure that employees are
in uniform at all times. The uniform should bear a clear
company name tag.

Attach certified copies of
Form 2A private Security Officers Act 2002 Registration
Certificate.

Submit tax clearance
certificate.
-
Inclusion of V.A.T in
their charges/prizes.

Provide a clear break-down
of the tender price.

Attendance to site visit is
compulsory.

Financial capability of
carrying out tender job.

Technical capability.

Commercial capability.

Preference margin on
evaluation as per PPR 2007.

Certificate of bonafide
tendering.

Application for certificate
of bonafide tendering are obtainable from the District
procurement unit.
Compulsory site inspection will be on the
17th and 18th June, 2008 at 9:00 am.
Tender close on Tuesday 1st July, 08 at 12.00 noon
bids will opened at 1400 HRS on the same date.

N.B. All prospective suppliers to the Government of
Lesotho be tax traders compliant and should attach
certificate copies of income tax , vat clearance and tenders
