The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) invites tenders for the provision of ICT infrastructure support for Ministry of Finance and Development Planning for a period of twenty four months.

The prospective bidder is expected to provide hardware and software support to the Ministry as well as regular maintenance for MFDP servers, printers, laptops and desk computers.

Requirements and Pre-requisites.
Companies are expected to provide the following:

1. Provide company profile
2. Provide physical address
3. Include at least two referees and their contacts
4. Submit copy of valid appropriate operating license, certified at source
5. Submit copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate, certified at source
6. Include V.A.T in the tender price
7. Provide a clear break-down of the tender price
8. Clearly show warranty period

Submission
All bidders should deposit one original and six copies of sealed tenders in the tender box at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, 3rd Floor, Government office Complex Phase III, not later than Tuesday 27th July 2010 at 1200hrs. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 1430 hrs on the same day at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Tender Boardroom.


Tenders should be clearly marked “TENDER NO FIN/PU/2010/11 – 005, ICT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT FOR MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING.

Validity of tenders
All tenders must be valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

Contract Award
Contract will be awarded to the most favourable tender with the highest combined score.

Tender Rejection
Tenders that do not satisfy any or all of the above requirements will be rejected.

The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning is not bound to accept the tender with the lowest or any price, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders.
