The National Manpower Development Secretariat invites proposals for the engagement of the Project Manager for the development and implementation of a student sponsorship management and administration system (SSMAS).

The Project manager will be responsible for overall project and its activities, will ensure that resources are available and channeled to produce the planned deliverables on time and within the approved budget

Qualification and Experience.
-An advanced degree in ICT, Project Management or any other related field. Project Management industry certification will be added advantage.
-Knowledge and experience of managing projects using best practice Project Management methodologies e.g PRINCE2,PMBOK.
-Demonstrated work experience of five (5) years in the management of ICT projects of a similar nature and magnitude, including management of projects in developing countries.

Submission
All bidders should deposit one original and five copies of sealed tenders comprising of two separate envelopes i.e one envelope containing the technical proposal and the second one containing the financial proposal should be placed in one big envelope and clearly labelled “Project Manager for NMDS Administration system at the tender box at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, 3rd Floor, Government office Complex Phase III, not later than 12:00hrs on 10 April 2012. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 1430 hrs on the same day at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Tender Boardroom.


Tenders should be clearly marked “PROJECT MANAGER FOR NMDS ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM TENDER NO FIN/PU/2011/12 – 008.

Validity of tenders
All tenders must be valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

Tender Rejection
